My story

I grew up in a small village. My father is a farmer. At 16, I launched a YouTube channel and published 26 videos in 26 days. At 17, I ran paid ad campaigns and did $6,000+ in affiliate sales. In 2023, I cleared JEE and joined NIT Allahabad. My content has now crossed 50M+ views across platforms. In 2026, I worked directly with the founders of Cograd, a Shark Tank India startup, across sales, operations, tech and marketing.

ProblemYouTube was sitting at just 800 views per month, and Instagram at just 500.

Managed the brand's YouTube and Instagram accounts
Owned podcast repurposing end to end: turned 6 episodes into 60 Shorts and Reels
Led the packaging strategy, coordinated with podcast editor and thumbnail designer, and tested hooks, thumbnails, CTAs and formatting

Working directly with founders across research, sales, design, marketing and operations showed me how a startup actually runs
Watching the build-test-iterate cycle of their AI product, Medha AI, taught me what it takes to make AI tool work reliably beyond a demo

Lesson

Creativity needs structure to scale. I stopped just grinding and started systemizing.
Stop guessing, start measuring. Retention and drop-off data told me what to fix next.

Lesson

This taught me more about marketing & sales than any course could.
Numbers don't lie. Tracking cost per click, conversion rate and ROI every day taught me to trust data over gut feel.
One good campaign is luck. A repeatable process for research, testing and scaling is what made results consistent.

01Ownership mindset

I'm not someone who waits for orders. If something needs to happen, I take initiative and own it, whatever that thing turns out to be.

Nobody assigned me a task when I scaled my own YouTube channel to 31M+ views and 36K+ subscribers in about nine months. I built the entire system myself. The research, the content, the packaging, the analytics, all of it.

That's the same ownership I'd bring to your team.

02Reliability

I don't disappear the moment office hours end. If something urgent comes up that genuinely needs my input, I'm happy to step in.

By default, I protect my personal time, health and sleep after office hour. But I stay open whenever something real needs fixing.

You can count on me for the moments that actually matter, not just the scheduled ones.

03Systems thinking

I do my actual role sincerely, but I don't limit myself to my job description. I pay attention to the bigger picture.

If I notice a process or bottleneck blocking something else in the business, I'll flag it or fix it myself. I run my content, personal and professional life on my own operating system, built in Notion and Claude Cowork using the PARA method.

I use ChatGPT, Canva and Claude Design for all my design work, NotebookLM for learning and research and Claude Code for building. (Gemini for my personal and professional work when I am within Google Workspace)
